Doan is 38 and 5.3M. JJ > MDZ. Maybe you don't think Doan is a fair add to Mdz. But this conversation could have happened with an easy "I think Doan is too much but I'd be willing to add someone else" instead of coming in here and bitching. I am always willing to swap players in and out in talks and you know that.

Etem was coming off a horrible year and another slow start in the AHL. Who knew he'd take off like he did.

Dude - Etem was coming off an AMAZING season in the WHL and was one of the hottest prospects in BBKL. And Miller had a LOT of hype as well.

To top it all off:

Subban did not have a contract at the time
Kareem's VAN pick looked like a sure thing for Top 10.
My pick in 2014 cancels the 2nd in 2013.

That makes it Schenn + Miller + Etem + Top 10 Pick for Subban.

Say what you will, I am not even asking that much for JJ. I am simply saying that people coming in here and complaining is just ridiculous.

Also, I make the most trades in BBKL not because I lowball all the time, but because I am the most accommodating when GMs ask to swap players in and out.

KapG - who will never make a trade unless he has a boner for the player he is receiving.
Mike - who constantly asks for ridiculousness for his players yet bumps his block 10 times a day.
Shep - who has turned into a troll for the last year and never contributes any positive conversation to the league.

JJ is a young superstar #1 d-man at 4.357 for many years. He will be a sought after asset year after year.

I may have "put him on the block" but for me to sell him for anything less than what he is dumb. Also - can you imagine if KapG/Mike/Shep owned JJ? What would the price be then.

As the owner of both of those guys i'd take Subban far over JJ.

i'm not trying pick a fight, i just dont think subban and JJ are comparible...i think if you look at comparible (bbkl value wise) i'd compare Schenn and not Subban.
