DDe looked good in my one viewing. I think we'll be seeing a re-modeled red wings next year. Defence and goalie based rather than their offensive flare, power-play focused team from the past two decades. Although, their power play will remain dominant, too much skill to hope for anything less.

644 is the requirement.

Florida, Edmonton, Chicago, Winnipeg, San Jose, Dallas, Buffalo, New York Islanders, Philly, Phoenix, Anaheim & Detroit are currently below.

However only Anaheim & Detroit are currently 100+ short. There are 7-9 games remaining per team x18 skaters thats roughly 144 games.

Yeah, Anaheim is safe...should be able to get it.

If you averaged 46 games each week this year (14-week season)...you'd get to 644. I had too many weeks under that average and had some weeks in the mid to high-30s. It's hard to make up for those lost games when I rarely had all 18 skaters getting action.

18 skaters playing 3 games a week get you 54 games. Teams with a full lineup of NHL regulars should never have to sweat it unless they are murdered with injuries and have no minor league depth. If you want to skimp by, you probably don't want fewer than 16 regulars...48 games based on 3 games per week. I had weeks where I had only 13, 14 or 15 guys getting in...it's mathematically impossible to hit that minimum number.

508 according to CBS year to date. Still looking like he'll make it, but bad GM dressing decisions or horrible timing of injuries could make it risky.

I see where you're getting 508...that's under "Projections". Under "Teams Totals" "Standard" "Interval" "YTD"...Anaheim has 617.

I'm at 504...way under pace.

15 teams haven't reached 644 but plenty of them should by the end of Week 14.

yea that's what I thought lol. I was so confused lol, didn't know how I kept getting 617 for ANA and 615 for myself. Both teams will be above the 644 this week.

That is far off Shoalzie shit... how close do you think you will get to the limit? 15-20 games? Closer/Further?

15-20 would be ideal but I think it might end up more than that.

I've gotten 31 of a possible 36 games so far this week with 17 games remaining. I'm at 508 after last night...probably will be around 520 or so after this week. It would be a lot to expect 50 games each of the last two weeks...but that would still put me 20-25 games out. With two weeks left, most teams will have just 6 or 7 games left in the season. 18 skaters each playing 7 games would 126. Mathematically, I don't think I'll hit the number if no active players miss another game. At best, I miss it by a few but like I said, it's probably more like 20+ games off.

My best guess is that Phoenix, myself and Buffalo are in the most danger of missing out barring a miracle. Dallas, Carolina, Vancouver and Chicago should be able to get there with a reasonable number of games these last two weeks. Philadelphia is the only other team under 600 right now but he probably reach 600 by the end of the week and could reach 644 by the end of next week. Anyone with 600 now will reach the number probably by next week also.

Should be 24 no? it is usually half the regular season or 41, in turn it should be half of 48 = 24.

yea only one team will not make it. Sitting at 15 starts with 7 games left for the team his only goalie plays for. Could easily miss by as much 6-8 goalie starts. Everyone else will hit a minimum of 30 starts.
