I personally have no issue, in fact I support it. it is a great way for bottom feeders to gain value from impatient contenders. I don't think anyone saw this michalek thing coming though so even if we weren't I don't think it would apply here.

You can absolutely trade injured players in professional sports, however the team acquiring said player(s) needs to waive the physical first.

True.
I also don't think it would work in BBKL if we couldn't trade injured players. In real life teams usually promote a player to replace and injured one, we don't have that option. Yes we want to mimic the nhl as best we can but this isn't a rule we could make function properly in bbkl.

I don't think it is serious though...Michalek hasn't opted for surgery so he is day-to-day. Still, bad break for Billy. I'm pretty lucky we made this trade last night.

There are countless examples to disprove this.

Yes that applies to you not to me.. You shoot all your offers to me so you.. not to the one receiving the offers.. don't know how you can correctly apply the concept?

It's true there will be loads examples to disapprove this. But had I done even half of the trades that shiv offers, my team would be all nhl GP players with no picks or prospects to build with.. lol!

We should amend the saying too, "The best trades are the ones that you don't make with Shiv."

forget who it was that told me about Milan but they said they got it off HF boards so I didn't take it to heart. On top of that he played the next two games. Guess those fans knew something lol.
That would be hVe been me shook.
Ottawa fans were concerned he was coming back too early and really wanted him staying off that knee a bit longer.

I formed it like a statement when it should have been more like a question, i wasnt sure..Maybe we should have an injury waiver in trade confirmations...lol
Do you accept my offer, yes
Have you done your homework and do you waive any injury concern, yes

Mike traded me Yuri Alexandrov for a 2nd after hearing he left for Europe. My fault for accepting over a phone and not doing research. Wish i had the 2nd back....grrr...
