Thanks haha.

Not sure why no one else doesn't like it. Richards is one heck of a player, but the only reason I traded for him was in the intention to get my 1st back. In no way, shape, or form am I going to come in 1st within the next year or two. I'm going to rebuild this year, and the next (I already have my 1st then) and see where I end up.

Of course there is a chance that these prospects bust, but I have faith in Etem (my favourite non-leaf prospect, other than Baertschi) and I also have faith in my drafting skills.

lol what?
And Mik, you voided the condition of that verb by mentioning the parameters necessary to justify the trade. You raped him and you know it. Shiv knows it, and a couple of others I'm talking to on MSN know it.
the winner of the deal will be determined by who he drafts with those 2 picks and by how good Etem turns out to be.
A deal like this, that eventually may very well be won by either sides, can't be called 'rape', certainly not on the day it happens.

I was being sarcastic!

i think you're a smart kid, but like many new guys you make a lot of early mistakes.......this isn't as bad as some may make it out to be......but if you popped on MSN i dont think any of us would have told you to make this deal.

Chris, you can't come in here and complain about the state of the league. You didn't like it, so you left. Either stay and let the rest of us enjoy it. Or please fuck off and take your negativity elsewhere.

Winning against a bunch of rape victims is a major accomplishment, Shiv. You should aim lower.

Oh lol.

My goal was to get my 1st, and I did. All I have to do now is trade some of my vettys and pick up some prospects/picks/ + some 4th line scrubs for GPs and its all good

Gotta agree with Shiv on the point of there not really being any reason to visit this forum if your not part of the league, if I left this league there would be no point in me visiting this website to critique trades. I understand Phion's logic on this deal, and in real life it'd be closer value if we were to automatically assume BUF turns into a top 7-ish pick, but bbkl logic is different than nhl and centers hold stupid value on here because of fow.

B Rich is overrated... i think everyone pays a price when getting the their 1st back esp if they will rebuild over the summer.. i think it's not that bad but phion can get more for sure.. (non sarcastic)

i also agree with dave(hong) .. Richards is over rated. Getting those picks and a possible turn out prospect is a pretty solid deal .. ESPECIALLY if he waits it out and deals his 1st before the draft next year...

His 1st rounder will net more than brad richards .. can anyone disagree with that?

Chris you traded away your team for prospects as well, this is one step further, for the pick that will become a prospect. But come back to critique other GMs. Fwiw you didn't like the comments like your own, but give them out! Hahha pretty comical.

phion can manage the team how he sees fit.

Now do I think he lost this trade - but won the previous one and met a goal he set out for, good thing I think.

LOL +1.

Don't encourage him though, Nick. He's going to come back with 2 paragraphs on how he is better than BBKL but why he sticks around a league that he quit because he couldn't handle the GMs in it - the same gms he now follows on the forum.

I said i would stick aroind vis a vis Kareem. I do remember the incident youre talking about -- I wasnt the only one who felt you and Shook were in cahoots with each other. Have at it boys. I can take this as far as you want.
