Booth SHOULD be better than a 50-pt winger considering his salary... and everyone thought he'd do more too, but a lot of us are tired of waiting for him. I'll only like for Chuck if he can replicate something close to his 08-09 season, and quite frankly, he'd rather go kill some bears anyhow if he feels his performance wasn't up to par

LOL nice troll. This is a facking terrible trade but not veto worthy. Sure got shiv fired up lol.

Unfortunitely pay doesn't earn points and I dont put Booth on 50 pts. I would effing love it as a nuck fan but he seriously lacks finish and hockey IQ. I personally see booth as a 20-20 next year anything above that is cake for the nucks. As for Hudler, he will either be extremely overpaid on the free agent market or as the rumours swirl, back to the KHL for bank. Not to mention they are both 28 so it isn't like there is any massive level of expected improvement. Getting one of the most consistant point getters since 05-06 for that = dick + ass + no lube rape.

Like I said though, first terrible trade between the two parties. We can blame it on Chuck being drunk or a habs fan I guess.

FYI I did a ton of research on Hudler and the KHL (was a HUGE worry for me), my internet trolling came up hes more likely to stay. The more I think about it the more I dislike it. That being said if I get 50pts from both and Booth can land me ~100 hits Ill be much happier with this deal.
