Sure...
Lundqvist > Schneider
Raanta > Kinkaid
Hutton > Gunnarsson
Rangers >> Devils
might as well have put Parayko into it instead of Hutton lol

This deal was agree upon around 545 it just couldn't get posted before that and that's my fault and since we are trying to make a big deal I'll go ahead and tell you the logistic of the reason for that is bc I was attending my mothers memorial service. So the deal had been done before then I just hadn't had time to accept so called "official". I see this as no different last year when you(Mik) made and deal with Mathew and put placeholder up with no real deal posted till after the so called deadline if I remember correctly. You have any further questions I'll be around to answer then if need be.

Sucks to hear about it.
I thought the deal was late cause you guys didn't know the deadline was 1 hour before roster lock (just like last year) ?
As for last season deals.. iirc the reason why I didn't confim my deal before 0.15 was that Matthew didn't post the correct version of the deal when he posted it 1 minute late. i.e. that deal he originally posted was not the one we agreed on via PMs. Once fixed I confirmed it 14' later.
It was a late deal anyway, and as such was eligible to be disallowed by the league like the other late deals, and obviously like this deal that has been posted much later than those.
I didn't take part in the voting last season and I won't take part in the decision on this deal either, cause my feelings (bogus deal in itself) may affect my judgement.

In what world is Lundqvist > Schneider? This isn't 2010.

I think Schneider overtakes him in 1-2 years. Put Schneider on NYR and his numbers would be top of the league IMO. I really like this deal for Will going forward.

Doesn't matter to me. I was hoping for a championship this season so I could retire from all fantasy leagues. I suppose one more year to take a shot at the title wouldn't hurt.
I suspect darkness will want to make this deal in the offseason as well.

so what you're saying is you'd have a good chance at winning with Lundqvist, but no chances with Schneider.
Really weird, if Lundqvist is not supposed to be better than Schneider.
Also surprising you planned to win & retire this season considering you claimed all season long how for you this was a transition/retooling season.

Schneider is the second best goalie in the NHL, to Carey Price. Holtby a close 3rd.

Lundqvist gives me a better chance to win this year. Schneider is a better goalie on a crap team. Pretty simple mik. Not sure why everything is an argument.

????. Schneider and lundqvist are essentially similar caliber. Schneider is 3 years younger and cheaper, while lundqvist has the advantage in wins. Benefits the rebuilder and the contender.

Jesus, I never realized how overrated Schneider was, even more so BBKL wise. The guy plays for one of the worst franchises in the league, this is probably the only season (past and forward) where he could finish in the top 15 for Wins, yet he is supposed to be better than Lundqvist on the Rangers.

Speaking of such. Lundqvist had his ass handed to him last night by the pens.

yeah, given the outstanding saves he made I think Schneider would have probably allowed 5 goals in those first 2 periods.

I didn't realize the team you play for indicates the talent you have. I'll keep that in mind and ensure to load up on Blackhawks, Capitals, Kings and Ducks. 4th liners on Chicago must be worth at least 2 1st liners on Edmonton.
New Jersey would be a bottom 5 team in the NHL if Schneider wasn't on that team, instead they are fighting for a playoff spot. He's carried them all season long.

I didn't realize there were circles were Schneider was considered the better goalie (no matter the team). BBKL appears to be one.

what a silly argument. Goalies' numbers depends heavily on the team in front of them. For skaters it's obviously completely different.

and even in a season where you say he was able to carry them, he will probably still struggle to finish top 15 in Wins, nor he is top 10 in SV%.
