it's not that. im still fine with the return, but it's knowing how easily our management just bent over and took it that pisses me off.

here we are trading arguably a top 5 winger in the league and we:

1. didn't get either of the PIT's top 2 D prospects
2. retained 15%
3. added a 2nd round pick
4. gave the 1st lottery protection

at what point in all this do you say enough is enough and take a fuckin stand. we are the ones trading the superstar, we shouldn't be begging and caving at every turn in the negotiation. there is zero reason we should have added a 2nd and given the 1st protection. zero.
