Dear Mister Anton, I am hesitant to have concrete talks with another Respected GM only to find out we have not reached a tentative agreement.
Viktor Stalberg + a non-elite 2013 1st for Dave Bolland is what I could conceivably make happen.

I'll put it up to auction. If no one bests that offer, we will have a handshake agreement that if you can acquire a mid 1st 2013, i will do that. ill need to know via pm what pick you think you can acquire first.
for now, i will give the league 24 hours to beat that:
