He's good guys, I'd prefer to keep him. He's very thorough with his GM analysis (so much so if I were you guys I'd be looking to see if there's a P.I. outside your window with a magnifying glass), and has been diligent to help me with any questions I have. I'm fine either way, but I think with Matthew I'm in good hands.

I'm more interested to make sure he knows Bbkl player valuation.

I already told him to ask more than one GM if he is unsure of a deal and he knows a bunch so I'm sure he will be fine.

Reminds me of everyone jumping on the last Devils GM for trading Graves away for nothing. I think Graves is better, but easily could bust like this Bertilsson guy.

If it's okay with Matthew, I'd trade Viedensky + throw in this analysis for a pick or pick upgrade. I won't share that though unless he gives me the okay.

Wouldn't you rather a new gm be too tight with his assets than too loose and ruin his team? That's the point of having an advisor.
