Pretty much my thoughts, definitely a GM on a short list of my most respected. Always came across level headed and tried to find solutions that were fair for the league and didn't show bias. It was great to have him as a division rival for so many years.

I also think that active rosters should be cap compliant at first roster lock (for week #1) rather than at submission, like it was until a couple of yrs ago

No surgery that can fix anything I have. Follow-up procedure for my wife after pregnancy (mom and baby are happy and healthy). 10 hours later I am finally home.
