Correct, GMs own the players until they are left off roster submission.

I'm not sure how you can make this kind of post without knowing any details as to why he's leaving.

We'll miss you, Mike. I've known you through this league for about 10 years now and we were admins together for a while. You've put so much time and effort into this league and I know it must have been tough to leave it behind.

Also I'm not sure why Mike owes any of us anything, as Dave said he has put a lot of work and time into the league, if he doesn't want to do it anymore thats fine. I just hope that all is well with him.

Dave is an emotionless machine, that's why.
He's likely true to his tasks and work at hand, at the expense of other intangible things that might matter more to some people.
Some people are just like this, leave it be guys. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, even if it may strike as odd/rude

Seriously.. I thought people got smarter in their old age but I guess not..

Mike has always been a prince of a guy whenever I dealt with him or if I had a question. I've been always appreciative of what he and Shep and even our old buddy (Devils) Scott to help me get comfortable here and for Mike to allow me to be a bigger part of this league.

We're a large league and thankfully the burden isn't on one person to do all the work. Everyone helps in their own way and we all do it on a volunteer basis. We'll keep this ship afloat and if Mike wants to shed some light on his situation, great or if he wants to return, there will always be a spot open for him. For what he's done for this league, I think respecting his privacy and his choice to back away from the league is the least we can do.

I'm just saying it would have been nice if he would have taken 2 minutes to come in and tell us he was quitting.

I'm pretty sure he has mental issues bro. you should've been able to read btwn the line. didn't wanna outright say it cuz it sounds slandering, but cmon, it's pretty obvious. normal stable person doesn't do what he did.
