Want to make sure I have this straight. After roster submission, its only guys with NHL contracts that are free game to be picked up on fantrax? As in if someone had an unclaimed prospect drafted in this past draft that hasn't signed an NHL deal they can't be picked up? Or unsigned college guys who didn't go in the waiver draft also aren't eligible for free for all signings? But anyone on an NHL deal is completely fair game to be signed? Or do I have this wrong.
