Cut off date for claiming free agents is Jan 1st at 12 noon EST. Any player that is signed at the time or signs past that point will be eligible for either the Entry Draft or the Waiver draft, ages being dictated in those specific threads.

This, of course, does not apply to players placed on waivers by a team.
