as a couple of you already know, i'm getting ready (well, desperately trying to) to leave on Friday night for a long trip to North America with my GF.
October was an easy choice: only chance to get long holidays, fall colours in New England, Canada..
and most importantly the unique chance to watch live NHL hockey in NA!

the drawback is leaving just when the league is starting again after a loooong off-season.. i'm not sure when i'll be able to connect, and i'll have my GF on my neck anyway.. (she already has to attend a few hockey games, i doubt she could stand me wasting time on the net looking for fantasy hockey updates... but i'll try once in a while.. lol, take a long shower my darling!)
so, after submitting my roster within friday, moving forward i'll try to update my lineups for each of the following weeks, even if i doubt i'll manage to get many updates on stuff.. hope to not mess around and to get some mercy from admins&CC along the next month!
if you don't get your PM answered, you know why

the trip will last from October 1st through October 30th.
I could attend as many as 5 hockey games;
the sure bets are:
COL @ OTT on 13th,
Ott 67's home game on 14th,
NYR @ VAN on 18th
also probable are:
CHI @ WSH on 2nd (exhibition)
TBY @ BOS on 8th
first stage is Washington, then NYC, Boston, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, San Francisco (->parks).
i know most of you are from the Toronto area, but if anyone has any tips and recommendations, please add them, they are more than welcomed! i'll try to give a look at this thread after leaving as well.
For example, i'm going to drive a couple of days through New England, but i don't know which would be the most scenic itinerary to follow in Autumn.. any suggestions?
oh, and just in case i fail to post afterwards.. enjoy the start of the season guys!
