I'm starting to feel like Rasmus Dahlin won't be "generational". I know he's only just turning 21, but there is a crop of dmen in that same age group I think I'd take over him now and moving forward.

Don’t worry I was never going to trade him to you anyways lol

Kid had one of the all time great 18 year old seasons for a rookie dman. I’m sure he will be fine despite his early struggles this year

44 in 82 as an 18 year old rookie
40 in 59 his sophomore season (55 point pace)

Struggled out the gate this year but now you and many others out there are apparently ready to dismiss him. Come on now lol. Has he lived up to the “generational” tag? Not so far, but his first two seasons have been pretty outstanding. Maybe don’t use an 8 or 9 game sample size next time

Idk why I took the bait, but whatever lol

Not just based on points. A guy like heiskanen I think is way ahead defensively. And Makars advanced stats say he is too.

I never said that. I'm saying that dahlin doesn't appear to be ahead of them by any means, and thus a generational tag seems a bit far reaching now, for dahlin.

I would say both Heiskanen and Makar play on much better run and talented teams as well which needs to be a consideration.

Great player but still thrilled you didn’t take Svech 1st overall.

It's a really rough year for sports, I'm not sure that its a reflection of how good/bad many teams are. It's also so early in our season.

It looks like you have a bunch of Vegas, Carolina and sis players...So you are playing each week way behind most of your opponents in gp. Those will probably be made up later in the season and you will get the gp advantage and surge a bit.

Like Josh said, it's a weird year. Arizona is beating LA in the bbkl West division.
