why would we want to change that over when zero need for that arose?

if in insight, after reading through the points made in this thread by other members, we believe that the minimum we just set is too low, we can simply raise it. Unlike altering the penalties, it's very easy to do.
It makes no sense to replace our guidelines with new automatic & harsher penalties to make up for a minimum that we feel is too low.

What's better, spending even more time looking for a new set of penalties, to punish hard someone who missed the 850 minimum, while other teams just got over it, or having a still very reasonable but higher bar to reach, with bottom teams dressing a tad better teams without getting killed if they miss the minimum.
Seems like an easy choice to me.

How about 880 (after all, numbers are just numbers, who cares if it's not rounded to 850 or 900. Heck, 850 and 880 even have the same number of zeros..)
