the bear pokes me and i poke the bear. i dont get upset at people throwing the gab with some smack talk, it doesnt bother me. what gets to me is just constantly hearing about only 4 teams. why not bring up hongs team, how good he is doing this year or how bout atlanta .. who woulda thought? vancouver, never thought he would be up there this early .. might not last but you never know, maybe ill get some goaltending going and really break away with STL.

acutally berg people do talk about those teams including yours. you just havent checked all the threads. but why isnt talking about both such a bad thing? every person has a right to talk smack heck even kezia lol. if i was him id make an open statement about how in 2011-2012 im taking the championship. shit talking never gets to me.

btw if it is tiring to hear about how good scotts, kyles, kareems, steves or my team are (and you agree), well thats even more incentive to make smart trades/kick our asses. it makes it all the more fruitful lol.

Some of you guys are looking at this the wrong way. I dont brag or claim victory, but thats just me. When the opportunity arises to beat someone like Shiv or Kareem and you win. The victory is so much sweeter. Its all in good fun. And i dont consider there to be top 4 teams, I would break it down into top 15 and bottom 15.

Shiv you lost in the first week after bragging so much it was sickening. Then you were quiet and basically swapped your team out. Now, your back for more. When you lose your next match will you wipe this team out? There is a lot of equal teams in this league and like Kareem says most of the top teams will be differentiated in close matchups by how good there goalies do. Sometimes you get lucky and other times you dont. H2H is a crap-shoot. You build a team and hope you can get consistent results. Sometimes it happens and sometimes not. I personally am not very confident in my team atm because of my big salary guys like Iginla and Zetterberg who are doing absolutely nothing.

There should be some retribution or reward for these extra confident GMS who brag up and claim guaranteed victory only to lose...hahaha (and there is no excuses, injuries, goalies, suspensions, etc..)
