We are in danger of lapping a draft that started 5 days after this one. The pacing of this draft has been horrendous.

We are in danger of lapping a draft that started 5 days after this one. The pacing of this draft has been horrendous.

I get annoyed too by people who sit online and don't trade hoping to receive a huge overpayment that will convince them to trade the pick. Ive been in drafts with Frank doing that and it drives me nuts. One league we had to implement a rule around being online when it's your pick and getting off again without picking. All the time between picks this year and not many ended up traded, but until it's closer to not getting done in time it's not worth being too upset over.

Would be nice to have a little more momentum at the start at least. Makes it a more exciting event for me. Even if we committed the 1st round to a 24hr period and then stretched it out I would like that a lot more.

But just playing Lee's advocate here, as I agree with him in principle. But ultimately it isn't a big deal.

Until we get people drafting NHL 2nd rounds in our 7th round, which has happened in the past.

The reason it's so slow is cause I don't have 33 picks this year like last....although I may trade in late in our draft to get some sleepers I'm hoping will drop.

it does not, and i'm not sure why the pick hasn't already been made. Miks target is on the board, you trade for the pick and take the guy you wanted here. I dont care how fast or slow the draft goes, it just seems odd to trade for a pick and then go offline.

There use to be a rule against it. We have 12 hours to make a pick, but if you come online and go offline more than once without making your pick, the draft would move on without you.

i believe we needed proff a PM had to be sent
