Sorry, mixed the spelling up with with that of a guy I used to work for. He was arguably a bigger ass than even you are (yes guys its possible!!!) ...so you can understand the mix up of Karim/Kareem and you both being huge douches and allFirst off, it's Kareem, not "Karim", secondly even in a blowout the Leafs draw more audience than the Habs...

Re: PRE-SEASON game talk
man, what is going to happen to Price in Montreal? How in gods name can a goalie play with that BS in his home rink? Every player interviewed expressed there concern with it and said how they can't fight the fans. Its crazy...i kinda feel bad for the guy. If only the fans had any clue that if you want your team to win, booing your starting goalie doesnt really help that...
Re: PRE-SEASON game talk
Bruins vs Panthers (I know you dont care but a lot of people have prospects from both teams)
Bruins Lineup
Lucic - Krejci - Marchand
Knight - Hamill - Thornton
LoVecchio - Colborne - Ryder
MacDermid - Arniel - MacDonald
Chara - McIver
Stuart - Kampfer
Penner - Ference
Schaefer
Rask
Panthers Lineup
Booth-Weiss-Frolik
Higgins-Reinprecht-Stillman
McArdle-Reasoner-Bitz
Peters-Foster-Thomas
McCabe-Kulikov
Allen-Gudbranson
Ellerby-Wideman
Vokoun
Plante
Expect a Bruins slaughter tonight. Panthers rolling mostly vets. WTF is with Julien putting Shawn Thornton on the second line? Pre-season or not...

11 rounds that was a great shootout in the leafs philly game.
Reimer is playing pretty outstanding hockey at the moment. Made some huge saves throughout the game, I was pretty damn impressed. If he can get a bit better going side to side he should be in the NHL soon.

I want to say something, but I don't want to listen to Kareem say "I told you so."

Not yet, you're right, but he covers the bottom of the net very well, and has great length and flexibility with his legs, which as we saw tonight, goes a long way.inferno31 wroteCOLONAgreed better than other games. your obsession with little boys never ceases to amaze me.
also a little too early to say I told you so. He looked great yes but he also had two very weak goals, lets not call the second coming of christ quite yet.

You realize I'm the same age as him right?bryshook wroteCOLONyour obsession with little boys never ceases to amaze me.
MSP has been proving he's a legitimate prospect since he was 14 playing in TV Pucken, this game changes nothing...He is going to to win ROY this season, and go one of the best wingers in hockey.bryshook wroteCOLONalso a little too early to say I told you so. As for the two weak goals...Who gives a shit? He was dynamic every single time he touched the ice tonight, the first goal was off an incredible move through the middle, and then he was still able to get something on the puck while being tripped. The third was a weak shot, but he played it perfectly, quick release, accurate and through a screen. And none of this is mentioning his incredible passing ability that was shown off consistently tonight.
This year alone MSP dominated the: WJC U18, U20, WJC, SEL, rookie tournament, and now his first pre season game, I will hype him as much as I want, and be more than justified in doing so.

Re: PRE-SEASON game talk
I followed that entire draft very closely, and I honestly thought no way he goes lower than 5th.. Absolutely no way. When the leafs got their pick, I was shocked and honestly confused we passed on him. Then my worst nightmare was that he'd become a Senator... Luckily that didn't materialize either. I'm not nearly as big as a fanboy as Kareem is, whose obviously followed him much longer. But this kid has serious skills. Kareem can talk him up and what not whatever he wants, but he'll be a top line player in the NHL for years to come.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONMSP has been proving he's a legitimate prospect since he was 14 playing in TV Pucken, this game changes nothing...He is going to to win ROY this season, and go one of the best wingers in hockey.bryshook wroteCOLONyour obsession with little boys never ceases to amaze me.You realize I'm the same age as him right?

Re: PRE-SEASON game talk
weird you left out the senior Worldchampionships, which probably was his real coming out party (if he ever needed one).MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONThis year alone MSP dominated the: WJC U18, U20, WJC, SEL, rookie tournament, and now his first pre season game, I will hype him as much as I want, and be more than justified in doing so.
Anyway, i can't wait for Paajarvi to shut the mouth of all the HF pundits who have been calling him overrated for yrs, LMAO.
(i can still remember, less than 1year ago, MacIsaac trying to teach me how Josefson was a much better NHL prospect ).
This being said, his main drawback in previous seasons was inconsistency (which lead to some brilliant NHL GMs/scouts letting him unbelievably drop on draft day.. like i mean, how can you tolerate inconsistency in a 18yrs old and disappointing play in his last tourney before the draft?! lol), so we will have to see if that will improve as well this year as far as ROY honours go.

Re: PRE-SEASON game talk
I didn't leave it out, merely a typo, notice I put WJC twice. Second was supposed to be WC, and believe me Kyuss I know the struggle...I've been talking up MSP for 5 years now, and I've literally disputed everyone who questioned his potential in that time frame. Especially that bs about his finishing post WJC (in his draft year).kyuss wroteCOLONweird you left out the senior Worldchampionships, which probably was his real coming out party (if he ever needed one).MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONThis year alone MSP dominated the: WJC U18, U20, WJC, SEL, rookie tournament, and now his first pre season game, I will hype him as much as I want, and be more than justified in doing so.

Re: PRE-SEASON game talk
The HF boards were ridiculous with that stupidity. Kid can't finish etc. He'll be a great player, and as much as I'd rather he be a leaf I'm glad he isn't a sen. Who knows maybe in a few years.. Maybe.. if suter takes over the oilers?? hahaMSP4LYFE wroteCOLONI didn't leave it out, merely a typo, notice I put WJC twice.
