I made those threads specifically for the season start and the regular season.
I am not 100% sure but i think you are good. One thing that gets confusing is the terminology being used. There is no waivers in the offseason. Everyone not owned is a Free Agent. You pickup or sign FA's. When a player is on "waivers" he is available for 24 hours for the rest of the league to place a "claim" on this player. If you are successful, you become the owner of that players contract. Everyone else that is available in the FA pool is free for signing. But in regards to your original question Kezia there are some restrictions on the younger players and draft eligibility. I am not the person person to answer that specific question.

So if an 18 year old kid went undrafted this year, I could pick him up?
