So I guess it was the slash that injured Bolland and not his knee. I guess that's half good news.

Dave Bolland (right leg) will not skate Saturday night against the Flames, Chicago Blackhawks website reports.

It appears that it is only a one game thing and he could return for the next game, Tuesday at San Jose. Dave Bolland was slashed Friday night during the shootout loss to the Canucks.
