I think Ward puts up more wins this season as well. After this season the CAR system is a question mark (after Ward of course), but who the hell cares ... Shiv is always trying to win NOW. Me, not so much ... this makes more sense for building (for me).

At first I viewed this as a killing, Carolina on an upswing, Ward a top end goalie. However I can def see how a Sharks fan could be interested, especially with the regular season dominance by the Sharks. I might be crossing individual player love, and playoff performances, with what is actually a fine deal. Just feels like you gave the CAR system away a little too cheap.
