I do not think he has that label one bit. He is always fair with his offers. If he wants a player he pays, every time and usually doesn't start low. Gets to the point.

Scott is less likely to get Markov for a bargain when you announce the framework of the top offer. My issue is simple, don't label this a "silent auction" when really all it is a clever attempt to drive up the interest in Andrei Markov.
