anyone who would like a hand walking through their spreadsheet just shoot me a PM. the chat box on the top right in google docs (1 other viewer ->click) can make it easy. Plus you'll be able to see where I am selecting on the spreadsheet via a different colour outline for other viewers. Really is a very quick and user friendly process.

I'd say about a third of you are insisting on copying and pasting the players and their salaries onto the right hand side. Your positions will all be lost when I make the first update to the spreadsheet.

Please read the instructions: http://bbkl.ca/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=9920

Is copy/paste for the left list okay then?

for names and salaries and such left of column H, yes you can. Column H and right to are messing with the glory of this spreadsheet. super easy to use if you take the 1 minute to read instructions :)

Copy + paste special -> Data only, so you're not screwing with formatting. Also only columns A->G. Everything H->over is dynamic and should not be touched.

Mike wroteCOLONKnown Issues

- Non-contracted old-ass players are shown as waiver eligible. Will be fixed in next version. (Thx Nick)
- 78 slots by default instead of 90
- beware waiver eligibility of goalies. they have a 75 game threshold rather than 150 like the others. I didn't program that properly, needs fixing.
All fixed in v2. Live in Cliff's spreadsheet now. Will add it to all as I verify your submissions.

Your formatting is pretty screwed up, as you didn't follow the instructions. You should not copy and paste, only place the roles next to the player as you want them.

TY. I wont mess it up anymore. Once Wed comes, this is just the roster that is submitted for asset tracking purposes, correct? Like i can make changes to my active roster? for example, players on PTO's...

I don't know that I understand your question. Once you submit I will duplicate your Roster Submission sheet and name it Week 1. Roster submission will be locked and no longer editable. You will then be able to edit week 1.

Ok, i can then edit Week 1 as I see fit. That fine. Oct 1 is first games. I know there will be changes after Wed for alot of teams with cuts and contracts for PTO's. I will edit Week 1 roster submission and track transactions.
