ya i get that, but i was going to name my cap relief at some point this week, i believe we can change thus player weekly too, if i'm correct.

somewhat... changing the player involved sending them down - so if waiver exempt, yes. but it doesn't make 6M in space, it makes 6M in relief through the players you name there -> very tough to match exact amounts.
