Nvm. I thought it was a late 7th for his 6th and 7th next year.

Changed my mind this morning. Went for potential even if I don't expect Boltanov to be drafted.

Hong is up.

Not an offer everyone would take obviously but for a competitive team who doesn't care about one of the last picks of this draft to use that to move up from the end of the 6th next year to somewhere around 10-15 in the 6th isn't bad IMO. Matt is the last option here for it as Philly is the only other pick left and it obviously isn't something he would be interested in.

Lee offered PHI 6th and I turned it down, have a player in mind and prefer the extra year of development when the picks are long shots like this. If anyone is desperate to add the last pick in the draft I'd take a 5th for it otherwise I'm fine with picking and closing out the draft.

Nah I'm good, one name left that interests me but he'll be there next year too.

Seeing as we're one pick away wanted to post to thank the CC members and in particular Scott for another well run draft, good job fellas.

Good draft y'all, this was fun.

Much easier to do this at home with proper research versus last year with no research time and doing it while on vacation.

the other good thing of completing our draft prior to the NHL one is that it makes it even more interesting with predictions and outcome for BBKL teams. Hope for more GMs to do something similar to what some of us did last yr

A few mild issues but this was the smoothest draft ran we've had. Nice job by some of our new GMs to catch on with the routine and did their part to keep this moving at a good pace.

As I mentioned before, 2018 picks can now be moved...

Made me even more confident that he will be great, sounds like he is still just scratching the surface of his potential.

I think all of the 1st round picks are on Fantrax if you want to claim your players. I had Tufte and Bjorkqvist already...they added Frederic on waivers. We might have to wait for the rest of the draft to be added.

Meh, I'm more upset about Sawchenko not getting picked. Every draft guide had him being drafted, the worst being black book in the 5th. Most had him 2nd/3rd...
