Kulda (NYR) is the biggest faller: 154
contrary to what previously reported/expected, Tryamkin with 126 is not the biggest riser; Schoenborn (MTL) with 128 is.

The highest non selected player is Aho (LA) at #73.
Soon after comes Reich (TOR) at #76
Another goalie, Billia (COL), at #83
As suspected, Nick's favourite Joe Hicketts at #90 was not selected either.
Another G, Minney (PHI) at #97, was never called.
Carpenter (MTL) at #107, G Weyrich (FLA) at #110, Bayreither (CLB) at #111, Hitchcock (COL) at #113, Hopponen (PHX) at #116, G Mancina (TOR) at #118 complete the list of undrafted kids from the first 4 rounds.

I don't think we ever had that many even if in the previous couple of yrs the first 4 rounds were as well completed before the start of the NHL draft.

'Amazing' streak from 107 through 118 with 6 undrafted guys out of 12.

G seems by far the position with the highest ratio of undrafted/drafted.
that's because i didn't have many picks.. FYI, i went 4 for 4 with all mine being drafted, just sayin :D

yeah, much like with Henri Ikonen in 2012... drafted him pretty high in his first year of eligibility and went undrafted, only to be picked by Tampa the following year.

The same will probably happen with Wallmark.
and as expected, Wallmark is drafted this year, going in the top 100
after 8pts in the first 4 CHL games, Wallmark temporarily leads the SHL in scoring with 5 pts in his first 3 games.

quite shocked Kase almost went undrafted, but it seems every other year there is someone I pick high that gets ignored by NHL teams.
.....
Sucks I just missed out on Tryamkin and then he went so early, but i still think Kase has more than 50% to become a better player than him :P
the more time passes by, the harder to believe NHL teams waited till the very end of the draft to select Ondrej Kase (well, one NHL team, which means he basically went undrafted for all other teams).

Picked him at #57 to make sure I’d get him, and I’m fairly certain otherwise he would have not lasted beyond the 3rd round in BBKL if I didn’t draft him myself

Kase was on my list, would have grabbed him in the 4th. I had him in the 70-100 range. I went and pulled up my personal draft list.

oh, quoted the wrong post haha. I meant to quote your original post. Kase was a good grab. He looks like Rakall when you watch Duck games.

Maybe a mix between Rakall and a 22 year old kulemin.
