Re: Halak Traded to Blues.

Post by Nick »

ye, like i said, you having one makes anything unlikely to happen.

I have been consistently against it, even when I had one, its a concept thing not some self-serving decision.

5 C because some players are mis-labled is also a poor decision in hindsight, but w/e. I am not attacking on making CC suggested rules decisions or something... I'm posting as a normal forum member on a topic i think is silly.

IF CBS catches up to you guys and lists them as "c" (unlikely), it would be fair to then have them as centres :)

Err, last year the deal was: CBS has positional eligibility. It doesn't work for you? PM me or Scott with solid proof for a change.

No reason to deviate.

Man that Hamhuis deal is risky. Shows how little they cared for Parent, though, to trade him for a UFA.

Big win on the Hamuis deal.

Why did they trade Arnott? He's not a UFA. Maybe something up their sleeves?

they have a self imposed cap of 48M IIRC
plus they likely are planning on picking up a free agent, or a high salary forward.

Man, I think the draft is going to be exciting with trades and unexpected selections..

Great deals for the Preds.. nice to understand it's time to say goodbye to Arnott and get something solid for him instead of waiting too long and getting nothing or garbage, love it!! Arnott back in Jersey is big too.. I see another really big year for the Devils with Johnny Mac behind the bench.. I've always respected him as a player.. man I can't wait for Kabs to be dealt and for Burkie's plans to be revealed.. fun fun times!!

HEHEHEHEHEHE....I bet Wheeler is gone and maybe Stuart. My guesses anyway. Chiarelli is not done. I bet he will be one of the most active Gm's this offseason. The B's have way too many picks. Too many players to draft at the same level of development.

But in fantasy, this will increase Hortons value and I also believe if wheeler is the one his value goes way up too...

Apparently it's Horton + for 1 Bruin. I say Krejci or Bergeron

Maybe Marc Savard?

"Don't be shocked if Marc Savard is headed to Florida in Nate Horton deal to Bruins. Been hearing he's involved, but haven't confirmed yet"
