Don't see it happening, there's a pretty big talent gap between Zadina and Svechnikov. Some have Zadina falling to 5 now, but we will find out tonight and I think OTT should take him if he's there at 4.

You are probably right. Thought it would be a fun take on a possibility. Getting a couple of pals from the same nationality/age group seems like a pretty smart idea long-term, but doing so at the expense of better talent is not.

They're team Tkachuk I think. Which sucks but is expected.

Yea that's always in play for free agents and smaller trades to add some connections. Doesn't seem like the right thing to chase at 2nd ovy.
