Solid move, Chicago. No downside for you, given cap doesn't matter for you.

Clearly. Faulk suddenly worth less than a defender with 5 pts in his last 25 games. 3 of which in the past 4 lol.

And losing Morgan Reilly for two months...that's gonna hurt.

Faulk will be compared to Lucic next season with that contract. He's one of the worst defensemen in the NHL and was before coming to St. Louis. Absolute trash.

I can't really agree with that statement at all. Lucic was a terrible contract the day it was signed. Two completely different scenarios even though Faulk is having a down year in the traditional stat sense.

Faulk is a puck moving RHD, he’ll continue to be used as a top4 d for the foreseeable future

He's good. Probably a better real life player than fantasy piece moving forward

Precisely.... this year anyways.

The first year in a new system is always tough for dmen, and even in a down year Faulk is rated higher than Kempny who is having his best year yet.

I pick up a few picks and roll the dice that Faulk rebounds. At worst, I have a GP dman under contract for a while which is equally important.
